Hosting a New Adopt-a-Crag Event:

Hosting your own Adopt-a-Crag Event is a sizable task. As a reward for this effort your team will earn points based on the total volunteer hours for all attendees of your event, this includes parents, friends, siblings, and other climbers. For information on organizing your new Adopt-a-Crag Event go here:

As a host of an Adopt-a-Crag event you will have to complete a post event evaluation and a TeamWorks scorecard (PDF). Remember to return both documents to receive your full points.

To earn points by hosting an Adopt-a-Crag:

1) Register your event

2) Download a TeamWorks scorecard (PDF)

3) Fill out each team member's and coaching staff's volunteer hours

4) Fill out a post event evaluation

5) Mail or fax your signed scorecard to us
