Carver
OPEN but you need to go to the Portland Rock gym for a permit and pay a small fee ($8.00) beforehand. This area is on private property and it is a privilege to climb here.
Menagerie Wilderness Area
Due to the sensitivity of the area and the potential to disturb nesting peregrines, the Menagerie Wilderness Area will be closed until August 1st.
Rocky Butte

Rogue River National Forest
Rabbit Ears contact Rogue River NF 541.560.3400; Mushroom Towers (Rattlesnake) contact Medford BLM 541.440.4930. Closure date: Jan 1 until 2 weeks after fledging, may be extended to July 31.
Smith Rock State Park
Closures are in effect from Feb. 1 through Aug. 1 in the Monument Area (all routes in this area) and Little Three Fingered Jack (all routes in this area) For further information, please call 541.548.7501.
Umpqua National Forest
Acker Rock, Eagle/Rattlesnake, Limpy Rock, Trail Creek Crags. Closure date: Jan.1 until 2 weeks following fledging, may be extended to July 31.
