Oversees the Access Fund's conservation and stewardship programs and is the primary contact for local climbing organizations and activists, as well as for climbing area closures, and wildlife restrictions. This includes fulfilling Adopt-A-Crag and TeamWorks programs. Also manages the climbing resource inventory database including serving as the contact person for wildlife restrictions.

Provides general legal services to the Access Fund.
Ellen Jardine — Business & Finance Manager

Ellen manages the financial operations of the AF. She is responsible for the audit and daily financial operations; human resources, vendor and lease relationships and general operations.
Jason Keith — Policy Director

Jason works on climbing policy/regulations, legislative/regulatory analysis issues, climbing management policy, raptor/climbing issues, and fixed anchor policy. He is the contact for land managers and environmental groups and represents climber's interests to Federal, State and local legislatures.

Brady provides leadership and manages the operations of the Access Fund. Specific focus includes: working with the board to fulfill mission; budget, financial oversight; personnel policies and employment; development; and working with all of our supporters.
Joe Sambataro — Access Director

The Access Director is the primary contact for access concerns. In addition, the Access Director evaluates and works on land acquisitions, manages the grants program, works on publications, organizes regional workshops, climber forums, and Access Fund site visits.
Jason Smith — Development Director

Develops and implements fundraising strategy to expand philanthropic support for the Access Fund. Manages fundraising projects with individual donors, annual giving, planned giving, foundation grants and special events.
Holly Stewart — Communications & Marketing Director

Holly oversees all marketing and external communications, including strategy, planning, public relations and development of Access Fund publications. She is the main point of contact for all media, photographers, athlete ambassadors, and corporate marketing opportunities.
