The Future of Climbing

Join us for the largest national gathering of climbing and conservation advocates! Access Fund’s Annual Summit is an extraordinary weekend rally of the climbing and conservation community, traveling to a different city each year.

The Annual Summit consists of two event functions: the Climbing Advocacy Summit workshops and Summit Celebration dinner. Any and all are welcome to join us for one or both activities. We are proud to host this event in the beautiful city of Seattle on October 11-12, 2019. Learn more about this exciting weekend below.

Climbing Advocacy Summit Workshops

Friday, October 11 | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and
Saturday, October 12 | 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Mountaineers Seattle Program Center | Northeast Seattle

Calling all local climbing organizations, volunteers, and passionate climbers! For only $25, join us for a day and a half of workshops, panel discussions, and training sessions that will provide you with the tools you need to advocate for and protect the climbing areas you love. This is a great opportunity to learn new advocacy skills and play an important role in protecting America’s climbing areas and wild places.

Access Fund is offering a limited number of travel scholarships to help offset the cost of travel to the summit. View the application and more information here.

Summit Celebration Dinner

Saturday, October 12 | 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Seattle Marriott Waterfront | Downtown Seattle

On the evening of Saturday, October 12, over 350 climbing and conservation community members will come together at the table. Here, attendees raise a glass to Access Fund’s work, enjoy unique silent and live auctions, and fuel the ongoing effort to protect and conserve America’s climbing areas. This unforgettable evening will be a chance to connect with friends, celebrate our access and conservation successes, and inspire us all for future action.


Individual Tickets:

    • $175 per ticket through August 26.
    • $200 per ticket after August 27.

Table for 10:

    • $1,750 per table through August 26.
    • $2,000 per table after August 27.
