Fight for Public Lands Toolkit

The past three years have seen unprecedented attacks on our public lands. Countless rollbacks on environmental regulations, budget cuts, and stymied public input are just a few examples of a battle that is far from over. As we wrap up the year and look ahead to 2020, we have an opportunity to lean in and turn the tide.

Access Fund continues to make powerful allies on Capitol Hill, showing lawmakers the undeniable economic benefits of climbing on our public lands. Climbing advocates across the country refuse to believe that our public lands should be sold off to private interests in a quest for “energy dominance.” We’re at a crux and we need your help right now.

Black Diamond has come forward to match donations, dollar for dollar, up to $80,000 to protect our public lands, home to 60% of America’s climbing areas.

How can you help? Read on—all you need to know is right here!
