Can't make one of the Saturdays? Reach out to coordinate coming out on a another work day Thursday - Sunday for the duration of the project, May 9th - June 7th.
Meeting Time & Location:
Meet at 9am CST/10am EST at Foster Falls Recreation Area parking.
Work wraps up around 3pm CST/4pm EST
Project: We will work on the main climber access points and reduce erosion by installing stone stairs and retaining walls.
For all Adopt a Crag events, please keep in mind the following:
Wear closed toed shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended.
Bring water, snacks, and extra layers for the elements.
Be prepared to be challenged, work hard, and gain karma points!
Work includes lifting and carrying up to 50-100 pounds, walking on unstable terrain, and being exposed to the elements (sun, rain, heat, cold, everything in between and beyond.)
All volunteers must complete the Access Fund waiver and Code of Conduct prior to volunteering.
